This End User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Datalink Analytix, Inc. ("Provider", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Datalink Analytix platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
Datalink Analytix operates as a technology intermediary that routes payments exclusively through licensed, regulated financial partners. All fund movement and settlement is performed by those partners — your money is never held by Datalink Analytix.
The Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal or business purposes, subject to this Agreement.

The Provider reserves the right to monitor transactions and suspend or terminate accounts suspected of illegal or high-risk activity.

By using the Service, you agree to receive transactional communications, including:
These messages are not marketing messages, are sent only in response to user-initiated actions (e.g., login, verification), and may incur standard carrier message and data rates.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent.
Help: Reply HELP for support information.
Message frequency varies based on user activity (typically 1–5 messages per month).
Opting out of SMS may limit your ability to use SMS-based authentication. Email-based OTP will be available as a fallback.
The Provider may request additional identity verification, delay, block, or cancel transactions, or suspend or terminate accounts. These actions may occur without prior notice if required for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or security concerns.
All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided by the Provider are owned by or licensed to the Provider. You are granted only a limited right to use the Service. No ownership rights are transferred.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The Provider disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the past 12 months or $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of applicable laws.
The Provider may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of this Agreement, legal or regulatory requirements, or security concerns. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
